BDA YEAR END IMPORTANT DATES

May 21^st                    BDA is closed for Victoria Day– No classes Monday

(Saturday classes on the 19th will be held as usual)

May 28^th-June 2^nd     Class Photo Week

Bring/wear costumes to class, tidy hair, very light or no makeup.

June 3^rd& 4^th           Showtime 2018 tickets on sale at the school

Sunday 10:30-1:00pm & Monday 4:00-6:00pm

Tickets will be available during regular office hours until the show day or sell-out.

June 8^th                     Deadline for Showtime Programme Advertising

June 15^th                   Pre-Registration 2018/2019 season for current students are due, as well as Registration for Summer Programs.

June 20^th                   Dress Rehearsal A   at the Michael J. Fox Theatre

4:00pm – 7:00pm    (Select classes, full details to follow)

June 23^rd                  Saturday is the last day of classes

June 24^th                  Dress Rehearsal B and SHOWTIME 2018  At Michael J. Fox Theatre

11am-1pm    Dress Rehearsal B                (Select Classes – mostly groups ages under 7)

2:00pm          All Matinee performers are in assigned dressing rooms. Younger students will have assigned helpers.

2:30pm          SHOWTIME 2018 Matinee performance begins!

6:30pm          All Evening performers must be back at the theatre and ready in their assigned dressing room.

7:00pm          SHOWTIME 2018 Evening performance begins!

Summer Break Begins!The studio will be closedafter the show, and will reopen for our weekly Summer Tech classesbeginning Tuesday July 3^rd!
